Offering a background of 14 years of hospitality experience, Amber Bonds is enthusiastic about calling Vintage Cafe her home. With an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, one of the first graduates of the Montgomery Hospitality Association and certified with the American Culinary Federation, she brings knowledge and a great work ethic to the table. Beginning her career working in small, local restaurants like Plantation House & Gardens and Pizza Perfect, Amber later moved on to Montgomery Country Club and then to a more corporate setting at Capital City Club where she discovered that she loved catering, and large events. She has since been nominated and starred for RSVP Magazine. She is also an active volunteer in the community with Montgomery’s animal shelter and is an Advisory Board member for Trenholm Community College’s Culinary Arts department.  The role of Sous Chef at Vintage Cafe is right up her alley, especially since baking pastries and fresh breads are some of her favorites. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, hammocking, running Spartan races, and keeping fit.
